Choose from 48 teams - the top 24 of 1992, and the top 24 since 1978. All-new features for Sega CD include Walsh video insight, 3D sound effects, and enhanced graphics throughout. There's nothing here to really set it apart from the cart version and it doesn't take any real advantage of the advanced hardware capabilities. Looks like a cheap cash in for EA who know that sports games always sell well.
