If you simply want to play the 1 or 2 player modes then the 'normal'
setup with 2 controllers as as shown on the right is fine.
General Chaos also supports up to 4 Players, and it expects a Multi-Tap to
be connected on Port1 with 4 controllers as shown below. |

In the Controller Settings window select
Teamplayer on Port 1 and setup your Keys/Joypads for Player
1 (Player1), Player 1-B (Player 2), Player 1-C (Player
3) and Player 1-D (Player 4). You can save this setup to a file, for
example "General Chaos.cfg" using the Save Config... option
for later use. You will need to reset (press Tab) for the changes
to take effect.
This configuration also works in the 1, 2 and 3 Player modes using the
controllers in Player 1 (Player 1) and Player 1-B (Player 2)
and Player 1-C (Player 3).
Please note that Multi-Tap support for this game seems a little buggy at
the moment, the game is playable though.
