Sonic's Secrets: Combat Cars.

On the options screen (see right), highlight "EXIT" then:

HOLD A + B + C (together) and press Start.

You will now have access to all the tracks in single player & 2 player team modes, you automatically have acess to all the tracks in Head to Head mode.

To select your track press:

Left + Right with a 3-Button Pad,

or X + Mode with a 6-Button Pad.
