Sonic's Secrets: Bram Stoker's Dracula.

To activate the level select mode you must do the following:

During the intro press:

Down, Right, A, C, Up, Left, A.

You will hear a laugh if you did it correctly - do this three times then start the game.

To play a different level pause the game (press Start). Now if you look at the top-left of the screen where the score normally is you can choose your level by pressing Up and Down, pressing Start will take you to that level.
