Sonic's Secrets: Boogerman - A Pick and Flick Adventure.

On any level press:

Up, Down, Left, Right, C, B, A, WITHOUT pausing the game!

Now press Up & Down to select a level, and Start to play.

To fly around the screen at will, press:

A + B + C + Start (Together) on Controller Two.

You can now move Boogerman anywhere in the level without getting hurt.
To return to normal, press :

A + B + C + Start (Together) on Controller Two again.
