Sonic's Secrets: Altered Beast.

To continue the game from the level where you died press:

Hold A and press Start repeatedly.

Whilst on the title screen:

HOLD B and press Start.

To access the options / Level select menu (see right).

To select a level, choose a round on the Options screen, and press Start to return to the title screen.

HOLD A and press Start to start play on the desired level.

Whilst on the title screen:

HOLD A + B + C + Up-Right (Toghether)
and press Start.

To access the sound test menu (see left).
